Cancellation & No-Show Policy
As a self-employed business owner, my time is valuable, and last-minute cancellations significantly impact my schedule. I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Standard Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Color Services: Due to the extended time required, color services must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
A credit card is required to book your appointment and will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy.
