Cancelation Policy

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. To respect everyone’s time — including mine and other guests’ — I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service booked.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Please note that arriving 15 minutes or more late may require rescheduling and will be considered a no-show.

Communication is everything — please share your preferred way to stay in touch (text or email) so I can reach you easily for any updates or reminders.
